Steve K. O'Dell, the owner of Build 2 Suit Inc., started in the construction and Real Estate industry back in 1977 while in high school. After high school, Steve attended Weber State University in Business Administration, Construction & Drafting and served a mission for his Church.

 

Steve worked for many construction companies and was involved in 100's of homes and small commercial jobs. Steve joined DreamBuilders Inc. as a partner and contractor license holder in 1996. They developed many subdivisions and built many homes and commercial buildings. Highest price home was over $5 Million and the biggest commercial job was a 10 story office building and shopping center.

 

Steve started Build 2 Suit, Inc. Custom Homes & Construction in 2005. He loves to build custom homes, it is a fun and exciting experience for himself and his customers. He doesn't just build cookie cutter homes. Steve also owns a Real Estate company, Next Realty Services to better serve his clients. He will sell your existing home at a discount when you build a new home with him.

Steve has been married to his sweet heart Celia for the past 37 years. They are blessed with four daughters and 8 Grand children. "Family is the joy of my life. That's why I work so hard." He enjoys his Bear Lake cabin, riding his side by side and golfing during the summer. In the winter he loves to go to his St. George vacation home and enjoy the warm weather and riding his bike and hiking.
